4) It is clarified that, over a period of 10 years, each person will have paid a total of 10 euros or 10 dollars and will have access to 100 digital training courses by leading educators, teachers, professors, and scientists, which will constitute a reputable digital library of recognized intellectual prestige, which will act as a leading educational institution for supplementary knowledge, The possession of which will contribute to the intellectual advancement of every population and every state, on every continent, across the entire planet.

5) A large part of the Educational Courses has already been completed in the digital library of “Avatar e-Learning,” which began in 2015 with the compilation and integration of educational courses for primary, secondary, and tertiary education for students in every country.
