The leasing premises at the Delphic Amphictyony
The costing of the leased spaces,in all all SECTIONS of the DELPHIC AMPHICTYONY will have two cost prices:
A) Low price for the period of construction of the building
B) Price, after the building is in operation, with costing terms that will be in effect for the next 99 years.
The building terms of each building will be based on the land use conditions, which will be written in the “Information Notice” to each interested party. The car parking for the staff working within the buildings will be underground with an area proportional to the number of employees in each building.
With the main objective of a comfortable and pleasant life for all the members of the “Delphic Amphictyony” “The Vision of Delphi”, HEPTAPOLIS – TRILOGIA incorporated in the overall design of the Technological – Academic Polis(City), the following:

The entrance to the amphitheatre for seminars, workshops and conferences, APOLLON

– Seminar, Workshop and Conference Rooms
– The “APOLLON” Amphitheatre

– Aesthetics shops

– Libraries, and everything else a scientist, a student, or an employee needs for his/her daily needs.
A prerequisite for a building is the plant decoration, the tree rows and the general aesthetic decoration that will surround each building. Electric cars will be able to circulate within the special corridors and cross the overhead bridges inside the Polis’s buildings, for the convenience mainly of the student youth, but also of the working scientists.
Students moving around Polis and all Academic and Executive staff will carry a Season Card, so that they can easily enter and leave the offices, the research and experimental laboratories and the Academic areas of the City.
Please note that there will be “Day Passes” for certain visitors, who, after sunset, will have to leave the City’s gates, but will be allowed to move around the Section’s premises, outside of the City, for as long as they are allowed per day and on all days of the week.
“Day Passes” are valid for one day only. Attention! The rental prices include the cost of insurance (of any kind) of the project, the cost of participation in the Research & Experimentation laboratories and the cost of Internet back-up in Technologies to be secured on Earth and on the Moon.
