HISTORY OF THE APPLICATION FOR THE FINANCING OF 3.000.000 m2 IN THE DESPHINA AREA

For the building of Heptapolis, the Municipal Unit of Desfina, after the positive consent of the Municipality of Delphi, will be granted 13,000,000 m2 in order to build the three cities of the HEPTAPOLIS – TRILOGY project.
Because Heptapolis has to be built on a flat surface due to its Pythagorean structure, an additional 3,000,000 m2 of level ground are needed to meet the total project needs.
In order to meet Heptapolis’ Zoning requirements and in order to approve the Municipal Acreage Concession Studies accompanied by Forest land permits, archaeological approvals and environmental approvals, the Heptapolis Project IMPLEMENTATION STUDY is required.
This particular STUDY is currently in the beginning of its implementation work. For the final approval of its implementation, the 3,000,000 m2 in the area of Desfina, which have already been delineated by aerial digital measurements of the company “ARTEMIS”, need to be purchased.

The purpose of this request is to raise the €6,750,000 needed to purchase the 3,000,000 m2. The fundraising period is six months, beginning on ……….. and ending on ……………

The circular surface of Heptapolis has a diameter of 1618 metres. Beyond the surface of Heptapolis there is an area of about 4.000.000 m2 on which hotels, residential units and the “City of the Golden Section” are being built.
