The 13 private universities of Zostiras
DO YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR OWN PRIVATE UNIVERSITY IN HEPTAPOLIS?
On the Zostiras ring, 13 private double-sided universities will be built in Heptapolis.
Each university will be able to choose one side alone, with each university being granted the opposite side to a second university.
Each university side will have two floors above ground and two floors below ground with basement extensions to halls with atrium exits. Underground corridors will have bookstores, artwork and shops, with an exit to the courtyard of the “Melathron”.
PROPOSAL:
2 or even 3 Universities of the same state can be housed in the same space, after agreeing on the area of each of them.
The architectural plan of each building will be parallel to the circular road, around the ring of 12 Meters. The lower floors of all the Universities will have door and window accesses to the open (underground) corridor of the ‘Melathron”, which will be located around the ring of the “KYTTAROS” Space.
13 PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES
The 13 Private Universities, with the possibility, and any change, will be divided one by one in the following countries : GREECE, ITALY, SPAIN,
KOREA, JAPAN, INDIA, AUSTRALIA, AUSTRALIA, ISRAEL, ARAB COUNTRIES, POLAND, SCOTLAND, EGYPT, TURKEY, PORTUGAL.

Width of the four lower floors (underground) : 33,3 + 16, 18 = 49,48 m. GOLDEN SECTION STANDARDS
Note: The roof of the lower floors of the Universities will be the horizontal Level of the ZOSTIRA.
The facade of the University facing the MELATHER will have 8.8 m of street (peripheral to the MELATHER) and 8.8 m of garden (peripheral to the MELATHRON).
13 PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES – UTILITIES
Each of the fourteen Private Universities, with a total area of 3,232.76 m², the two upper floors and 9,554.6136 m², the four lower floors, will house the following services:
SPACES A’ AND B’ OF THE BASEMENT LEVEL
Teaching spaces, with a total of 4.000 – 4.500 students and 200-250 teachers. These spaces will be built on the first and second basement floors, with a total area of 4,777.613 m².
Rooms on the C’ and D’ basement floor (facing the atrium of the Melathron)
These floors will be used for: film projection rooms, University Libraries, Dining rooms, canteens, student and faculty toilets, a 200-seat auditorium, gymnasiums, scientific laboratories and research centres, swimming pool, cafeterias, restaurants, auxiliary staff toilets, hairdressing salons, pavilions, etc. In addition to the student youth who will visit these areas, 80 to 100 people will work permanently in the same areas in all the necessary activities, while in the first and second basement areas, in addition to the students, 15 to 20 people will work in auxiliary work. No one will stay overnight on the University premises.
GROUND FLOOR AND FIRST FLOOR
The following services will be housed on a total area of 3.232,76 sq.m. on both upper floors: Managerial and faculty offices, secretariats, board rooms and round table rooms, research and experimental areas, laboratories, rest rooms, medical office, faculty library, etc. In addition to the Professors – Researchers of the Faculty, 20 – 30 people will work on the ground and first floor, at staff level, and 10 – 15 people of support staff and security personnel.

In the Zostira ring, within Heptapolis they will build 13 private double-sided private universities. Each University Institution has the possibility to be able to choose only one side, with a concession of the opposite side to a second University.
Each University side will have two floors above ground and two floors below ground, with basement extensions to halls with atrium exits. The total floor area in a single-faced University is 600 sq m x 4 (for each floor) for a total of 2,400 sq m.
In the underground corridors there will be bookstores, artwork and shops to inform the interested person about the cost per square meter of a University, the method of payment and special facilities and security services.
