Any interested party who wishes his Company to participate individually or in partnership with another Company in the lease of the areas allocated in the SECTION of the DELPHIC AMPHICTYONY, will be able to receive in his mail, the “Information Notice” for the locations and the cost of each property, whose total area is 3,400 sq.m. from which approximately 400 sq.m. will be deducted for the road network of the investor’s property. The final area for the investor is 3 000 m² . The interested Company, after the signing of the Rental Agreement, for a monthly fee, delivers within a reasonable period of time the plans it has chosen for the construction of the building that will house its operations, with a Request from the Technical Team of the Delphic Amphictyony (D.A.) to prepare a cost estimate of the building and a delivery schedule. The D.A is obliged to have a complete Study, photographic material and cost of the plots in the SECTIONS that will constitute the “Information Notice”, in Greek and English. Each interested party will be able to easily request the sending of the “Information Notice” in order to study the conditions of participation in the project.
