Acropolis - UN - UNESCO
At the opposite end of the responsibility that starts from the middle of the GATE OF LIGHT, crosses Tholos vertically through the ANIOS ROAD and ends, always in a straight line, at the LIBRARY “GREAT ALEXANDROS”, the HEPTAPOLIS ACROPOLIS will be built. The Acropolis will be a raised curved area approximately 423 meters long and 63 meters high from the level of ZOSTIRA. 5 building complexes will be built on the raised shelf of the Acropolis:
1. The academy of nations in the midst of the shelf.
2. The UNITED NATIONS PALACE on the right side of the Academy.
3. Τhe UNESCO WORLD CENTER on the left side of the Academy.
4. The NORTH LODGE on the right side of the ACROPOLIS.
5. The SOUTH LODGE on the left side of the Acropolis.
The Academy of Nations will now have an elevation of 18 (2 x 9) steps which at the upper level will create a single area of 66m long x 39m wide. On this level will be built the ACADEMY in the shape of an ancient Greek temple, pavilion, with Doric columns 8 x 17, made of white marble with 18 ribs each and a height of 9 meters. At a distance of 3 meters from the imaginary inner axis of the columns, the required spaces of the Academy will be built. The rooms will extend over three floors above the crib, with a total height of 12 meters.
All the floors below the shelf, will have windows and external doors that will “see” the mountain of Parnassos to the west and the “GREAT ALEXANDER” LIBRARY and the entire city to the east. The Doric rhythm of the columns and capitals will be of the Epidaurian type, with spindles which will have a base diameter of 99 cm., a diameter of the last spindle of 72 cm. and a number of 9 vertebrae in each column.
The internal structure of the Academy will be stone-built, with carved stones and will have a large triumphal entrance on the east narrow side, with 9 windows and 42 large windows (3 x 7 x 2) on the south with as many windows on the north side for both floors.
On the outer wall behind the wing of the “Academy of the Nations”, there will be a painted depiction of the evolution of Inventions, Sciences, Arts and Philosophy in the Ancient Greek world, from the period of the 7th century BC to the period of the 3rd century AD. The roof of the booth will consist of carved marble facets of the Epidaurian type (Sanctuary of Asclepius).The triumphal arch of the Academy of Nations will be 3 metres high from the science of the columns to the horizontal cornice of the pediments.
Following the models of the Parthenon temple, the entablature, entirely made of marble, will bear on its upper part and at a height of 99 cm. triglyphs and frontal-ornaments with semi-glyph representations that will draw their theme from the myth of Prometheus and the fire of Knowledge that was transmitted to human societies. On the east and west sides of the Academy of Nations, there will be clusters of marble statues with figures taken from the period of the Pre-Socratic, Classical and Neoclassical philosophers.

The NATIONS ACADEMY in building structures will include:
α) A 300-seat Council Auditorium for Academics and international observers of the UN and UNESCO with technical coverage of automatic interpretation in the main languages of the world. Periodic attendance of 300 persons. 6 – 8 persons will work in the reception area of the amphitheatre.
b) Three Round Table Meeting Rooms, with technical coverage of automatic interpretation in the main languages of the world. Each room will periodically accommodate up to 12 people.
c) 3 Large Central Secretarial Support Rooms, which will operate in cooperation with the Secretariats of each Academic in the member states of the “GREAT ALEXANDROS LIBRARY”, as well as with the Secretariat of the UNITED NATIONS PALACE and UNESCO. In each room there will be 5 – 6 secretaries working. Visitors 100 – 200 people per day.
d) Reception rooms for VIPs, Heads of State, VIPs, Academics, Ministers and State Representatives, as well as a large reception room for official visitors. There will be 3 – 4 people working in an office. Average daily visitors are 12 – 20 people.
e) An Electronic Centre for the Processing and Exchange of Information in Literature, Arts and Sciences, to be negotiated between the National Academy of Sciences and the largest Research, Experimental, Academic Centres and Universities in the world. Employees : 15 – 20 permanent staff. Visitors : 40 – 50 per day, on a rotating basis. There will also be a Special Annex of 300 sq.m. which will act as a communication vehicle between GREEN PLANET EARTH and the Academics of HEPTAPOLIS. Employees : 8 – 12 people.
f) Meeting room of the Board of Governors of the Academy of Nations in an area of 300 sq.m. and Office – Secretariat of International Relations in an area of 250 sq.m. Employees : 4 – 5 persons. Periodic employees : 15 – 20 persons.
g) Special offices for the President, the Vice-President, the Secretary and the Treasurer of the Board of the Academy of Nations with a total area of 200 sq.m. Employees : 8 – 10 persons.
h) Press Room, for interviews, with a capacity of 100 persons, in a 300 sq.m. area.
Larger interviews will be held in the Auditorium of the Academy of Nations (par. a) .

The activities of the Academy of Nations
The Academy of Nations will be housed in the elevated CITY of “HEPTAPOLIS”, on a magnificent peristyle of a Calirmaric building, resembling an ancient Doric temple.
Around the building there will be raised pedestals on which statues of the great benefactors of mankind will be placed. The Academy of Nations will have the same number of members as the member states of the United Nations Organization.
The Council of Nine of the Rectorate of “HEPTAPOLIS” will select the most important personalities of intellectual and moral prestige from each UN member state, to whom it will confer the title of Academician with a four-year term of office and a defined programme of action.
The Academy of Nations will be the prominent intellectual society of the Planet, with the aim of philosophical penetration into the “political events” in the countries of the Western and Eastern world.
What does the man of the new millennium demand from Philosophy?
Two are the dominant demands!
The first, he asks Philosophy to respond to the practical needs of life, to have as its essential result the utilitarian development of the sciences and especially of Technology, which is evolving at a dizzying pace.
The second is to ensure that the individual has the balance that has been most violently wrenched from his soul by the conditions of living and participating in the events of modern society.
The solution of the problems of the above demands will result in the development of the MORAL PHILOSOPHY, which declares itself absent, since many centuries ago, from the largest portions of societies.
The Academy of Nations, guardian of the institutions of “HEPTAPOLIS” will undertake the support and establishment of new ideas, through the awakening of the philosophical disposition of the individual, for the foundation of a better human life, and the realization of a more accessible prosperity.

The Olympus Association – World Spiritual Centre, following faithfully the rules of the Καταστατικού Χάρτη των Ηνωμένων Εθνών United Nations International Charter concerning world peace and prosperity of the nations of the Earth, created “The Vision of Delphi”.
“The Vision of Delphi” includes three cities of classical standards, with full digital coverage of needs.
The three cities will be built in the region of the “Navel of the Earth” Delphi, dedicated to global scientific cooperation to solve the problems of Climate Change, Universal Education, and equitable access of new generations to sources of finance, the definition and support of Space Technology on the basis of Space Law, humanitarian aid in both impoverished and war zones, and respect for human rights, in accordance with the UN Charter Principles.
In the Delphi Vision, the three cities to be built are the following:

IN THE ACROPOLIS OF HEPTAPOLIS
UNESCO is a specialized agency founded in 1945 by the United Nations, with the main purpose of promoting international cooperation in the fields of Education, Science, Culture and Communication.
In accordance with its new principles, UNESCO is a fully-fledged Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation, which, in an outstanding programme of subjects, includes the protection of the Ecosystem, the proper equality of the sexes, the use of Knowledge in the use of individual and collective Freedom, Scientific research and innovation, and the protection and conservation of the world’s natural and cultural heritage and of the cultures developed in the past in the various countries of the world.
The Organization’s Headquarters is located in Paris, France and its Member States number more than 190, including Greece in one of the first cultural positions.
UNESCO operates through a network of local offices in all Member States of the world, developing continuous cooperation with national governments, Civil Society Organizations, academic institutions, with the overriding aim of building and maintaining Peace, as well as sustainable development through Education, Classical Education and the application of the principles of “Use of Knowledge”, Science and Culture.
The main purpose of the Heptapolis-Trilogy is the participation of the UNESCO actors in joint actions of Cultural, Scientific, Social and Humanitarian activities, within a “Common Home” in the Heptapolis structures, supporting the Principles of Justice, Respect and Human Dignity, which are the pillars for the promotion of Cooperation and Friendship among the peoples of the Earth.

GENERAL NOTES
The required structural decorative elements, as well as the decoration of the Acropolis with columns, statues, fountains and floral decorations will be proposed at will by the architects, civil engineers and artists to the competent committee of the Association “Olympos”.
Faithful to the laws and standards of Celestial Geometry, Heptapolis, every year, on March 22, at sunrise, will be cut into two equal parts, in observance of the Law of Equality and Order in human societies. The celebration of the vernal equinox will be an annual event in the scientific events of Heptapolis.
